When you book a discovery call through our scheduling tool or email us, we receive the details you provide: your name, email address, the time you choose, and any answers you give to the booking questions (such as your organization, the topic you want to discuss and a short description of what you want to improve or build). Please do not include confidential, financial, health or account-access information in the booking form or in any message.
Information about how you arrived. If you reach the site through a tracked link (for example from a LinkedIn post), we may record the campaign details in that link (such as source, medium and campaign name), the page you landed on and the website you came from. We keep this in your browser's session storage while you browse and attach it to your booking if you schedule a call. It is not stored in a persistent cookie.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting platform and the services that deliver pages and fonts receive technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

These providers process information on our behalf or, in the case of font delivery, receive technical data from your browser. We share information only as needed to operate the website and respond to you, to comply with the law, or to protect our rights and users.
